Post & Packing

There is a postage and packing charge of £10.00 for all made to measure orders.

Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases.

However, if your order is faulty and you wish to return an item, please inform me by e-mail or phone within seven days of receipt.

I advise that you send your package by recorded delivery as I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return to us.

The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty by myself.

I only make refunds if the item(s) is faulty, as these are made to measure items. 

I cannot make a refund without the original packaging or if products have been altered in any way.

If you would like your order delivered to a different address just let me know at the time of ordering.
